- Join each of your client's organisations (either by receiving a certificate on their behalf or asking them to invite you to their organisation). You will then be able to switch to each (and your own organisation) as appropriate from your dashboard. Make sure you are designated as an ‘assistant’ in the list of their organisation's users.
